These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Concoerge DMC’s services. By making a booking or enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us

2. Services Offered
Subject to these Terms, we provide the following services:
- Luxury Cars & Van hire with professional chauffeur
- Airport Transfer (arrivals and departures)
- Multi-Seater Van hire for groups
- Private Jet charter facilitation
- Helicopter charter facilitation
- Professional Tour Guide services
- Professional Tourist Assistant services
- Language Translation and Interpretation

3. Booking Process
- All bookings are initiated via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from us (via WhatsApp or email)
- Verbal or informal enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking
- Prices quoted are subject to availability at the time of written confirmation
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Quoted prices include applicable taxes where explicitly stated
- Full payment or a deposit may be required prior to service delivery, as communicated at the time of booking
- Prices may be revised for confirmed bookings only in the event of significant increases in fuel surcharges, toll charges, or government levies beyond our control, with prior notice given
- For Private Jet and Helicopter charters, additional aviation-related charges may apply and will be communicated upfront
5. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information
- It is your responsibility to be at the designated pickup location at the confirmed time
- Waiting time beyond the complimentary period (as stated at booking) may be charged at our prevailing rates
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, equipment or property during the service
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who poses a risk to safety or behaves in an unacceptable manner
6. Service Standards
We are committed to delivering premium-quality services as described. In the unlikely event that a confirmed vehicle or resource becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will:
- Offer an equivalent or superior alternative at no additional charge, wherever possible
- Provide reasonable advance notice where substitutions are necessary
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
- For aviation services (Private Jet and Helicopter), our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable aviation regulations
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government or public authority, strikes or industrial disputes, pandemics or public health emergencies, civil unrest, or extreme weather events.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected services. If rescheduling is not possible, we will process refunds in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, design elements and service descriptions — is the intellectual property of The Concoerge DMC and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
11. Privacy
The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
